Try this simple grounding meditation today
1. Begin by sitting or lying on the ground.
2. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths.
3. Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine. They twine down your legs. Then anchor deep into the core of the Earth. See the roots however they feel right to you (brown and knotted, green and winding, etc.).
4. Keep breathing deeply. Feel the steady, calm presence of the Earth holding you.
5. Repeat silently:
“I am grounded. I am safe. I am nourished. I am whole.”
6. Stay as long as you like, drawing up stability, resilience, and peace from the Earth itself.
