AO Scan offers a frequency-based snapshot of what may be showing up in your energetic landscape right now. I use it as another intuitive lens to make connections, follow interesting threads, and see where you may want to go deeper.

Sometimes you know something is shifting, but you can’t quite put your finger on it.
Maybe you’ve been noticing the same physical, emotional, or energetic theme over and over. Or you’re already doing your own healing work and want another perspective. Or you’re just curious about what might surface when you look at yourself through a different lens.
My AO Scan energetic sessions combine frequency-based wellness technology from Solex with intuitive energetic interpretation to help us explore the patterns you may not have noticed before.

What is an AO Scan?
AO Scan is a frequency-based wellness technology from Solex that offers a variety of ways to explore energetic patterns and areas of resonance. Depending on what you’d like to investigate, I may work with several different tools within the system, including:
Inner Voice emotional frequency analysis
Vitals energetic scanning
Comprehensive energetic scanning
Individual body systems
Personalized balancing frequencies
SEFI frequency broadcasting
I don’t approach these scans as medical tests, and I don’t use them to diagnose what’s happening in your body. Instead, I use them the same way I use many energetic tools. To look for patterns, relationships, repetition, and resonance.
The scan is only one part of the session
I don’t just run an AO Scan and read the results back to you. It’s one tool within a much broader intuitive process.
I bring nearly 30 years of experience studying and working with energy, spirituality, plant medicine, symbolism, traditional energetic systems, ritual, intuitive practices, and the relationships between our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic lives.
So, for example, if your scan repeatedly brings our attention to the liver, we might explore the energetics of the liver. That may mean looking at how the organ or system is represented in different healing traditions, the emotions generally associated with it, what was happening in your life when a pattern began, and whether any of those threads resonate with your own experience.
In this example, we’re not trying to diagnose your liver. We’re asking: Why might it be showing up for you (and why now)? What does it bring to mind? What other patterns connect to it? And where might you want to place your attention next?
This is the part of the work I love most.
Why I work with AO Scan
I’m naturally an intuitive pattern-finder.
When I’m trying to understand something, I like looking at it from multiple angles instead of relying on one source of information.
That’s what I love about AO Scan.
The information is dynamic. I think of it as an energetic snapshot rather than a static verdict about who you are or what’s happening in your body.
In my own work, I’ve often been surprised by how strongly something that surfaces in a scan resonates with what I’ve already been noticing intuitively.
For me, it’s another way to listen.
How an Energetic Mapping Session Works
These sessions are done remotely.
First, we talk
We’ll start with a brief intake conversation by Zoom or phone. You can tell me what you’ve been noticing, what you’re curious about, and what you’d like to explore.
Then, I scan
You’ll provide the basic information I need to work remotely, including a current photo and short voice sample. I’ll choose the AO Scan tools that make the most sense for the questions you’re bringing to the session.
I look for patterns
I’ll spend time privately reviewing what surfaced and looking for connections, repetition, energetic themes, and areas I want to explore further with you.
We meet to put it all together
We’ll meet again for ~45 minutes to talk through the most interesting themes. I’ll bring in both the energetic information from the scan and my broader intuitive and energetic knowledge to help you explore what surfaced.
You’ll get personalized energetic support
When appropriate, I can create personalized Inner Voice balancing audio for you to work with after our session. Ongoing remote frequency support through SEFI is also available for established clients.

Energetic Mapping Session — $150
This is the place to begin. It includes a brief intake conversation, remote AO scanning, my private review and interpretation, a 45-minute follow-up, live remote session, and personalized Inner Voice balancing audio.

For returning clients who want to revisit a previous theme, explore what’s shifted, or look at energetic patterns over time. Includes targeted rescanning, my private review, a 30-minute follow-up conversation, and updated balancing support.

A simple way to experience one piece of the AO Scan system. Using a short voice sample, Inner Voice explores emotional frequency patterns and generates personalized balancing audio for you to listen to on your own. No live interpretation session is included.

Animal Companion Energetic
Session — $90
Remote sessions that offer another way to explore patterns surrounding your dog, cat, horse, or other animal companion. Includes a brief conversation about your animal and what you’ve been noticing, appropriate energetic scans, and a 30 minute meeting to talk through the themes that surfaced.

This is all about what keeps showing up. Includes one full Energetic Mapping Session plus two follow-up sessions, which lets us watch what shifts, what resolves, and what’s repeating.

Customized SEFI frequency playlists for established clients who want to continue working with a particular energetic intention between sessions. Rather than starting from scratch, this work builds on the patterns and intentions we’ve already explored together. Pricing TBD.
