Choose a Reiki session, designed to help promote healing on physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional levels. Or book a Spirit Walking session, a personal, intuitively guided shamanic journeying practice I developed based on 25 years of practical experience. I also offer energetic clearing ceremonies to assist you on spiritual, energetic, and physical levels.

Spirit Shielding for Samhain: 7 Ways to Protect Your Energy and Stay Grounded When the Veil is Thin
Samhain embodies a sacred connection between worlds, where the veil thins and the unseen beckons. This potent time calls for spirit shielding—grounding, cleansing, and protecting your energy with intention. Engaging consciously with the spiritual realm enhances your gifts, allowing you to walk gracefully amidst shadows, honoring both light and dark.
The Crone at the Gate: Hecate, Cerridwen & the Dark Goddess at Samhain
The Dark Feminine embodies the Crone archetype, a powerful force of endings and regeneration. At Samhain, we honor her wisdom through rituals that guide us through shadow work, revealing transformative truths. Invoking figures like Hekate and Cerridwen, we embrace the cyclical nature of life, trusting that every ending is a precursor to new beginnings.
