ENERGETIC sessions
I’ve done distance sessions for my tribe for years. It’s my honor to offer them more broadly now. Choose a Reiki session, designed to help promote healing on physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional levels. Or book a Spirit Walking session, a personal, intuitively guided shamanic journeying practice I developed based on 25 years of practical experience. I also offer energetic clearing ceremonies to assist you on spiritual, energetic, and physical levels.
Sacred Cacao Ceremonies
Slow down, reconnect, and create space for reflection through guided online cacao ceremonies designed to support inner listening, intentional ritual, and gentle exploration. Join an online group circle or experience a personalized one-on-one journey—all from the comfort of your home.
Classes + individual coaching designed to help expand your knowledge and inspire you
I have nearly 30 years of experience working in the esoteric, spiritual, and healing arts. It’s my honor to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn!) with you.

Your Shadow Self Illuminated: Working with Lunar Eclipse Energy
A lunar eclipse profoundly resonates across cultures, symbolizing cycles, shadow self, and transformation. Historically, eclipses incited awe and fear, prompting rituals to restore cosmic order. Metaphysically, they reveal hidden truths, urging individuals to confront unconscious fears. Engaging intentionally with eclipse energy invites deeper self-discovery and collective healing, transcending mere astronomical events.
The Meaning of the Corn Moon
The Corn Moon signifies a time of harvest, gratitude, and spiritual transformation, coinciding with a total lunar eclipse. This astronomical event offers a chance for emotional healing and letting go of past burdens, inviting reflection, balance, and deeper intuition to prepare for the transitions into autumn and beyond.
Pumpkins and Gourds: Hollowed Vessels of Mystery and Fertility
Pumpkins and gourds symbolize Autumn’s essence, embodying fertility, mysticism, and protection. Used historically as sacred containers and ritual tools, they span cultures and traditions. Their botanical characteristics highlight their role as vessels of nourishment and magic, serving in folklore, ceremonies, and contemporary spiritual practices, representing transformation and connection to the earth.
