ENERGETIC sessions
I’ve done distance sessions for my tribe for years. It’s my honor to offer them more broadly now. Choose a Reiki session, designed to help promote healing on physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional levels. Or book a Spirit Walking session, a personal, intuitively guided shamanic journeying practice I developed based on 25 years of practical experience. I also offer energetic clearing ceremonies to assist you on spiritual, energetic, and physical levels.
Sacred Cacao Ceremonies
Slow down, reconnect, and create space for reflection through guided online cacao ceremonies designed to support inner listening, intentional ritual, and gentle exploration. Join an online group circle or experience a personalized one-on-one journey—all from the comfort of your home.
Classes + individual coaching designed to help expand your knowledge and inspire you
I have nearly 30 years of experience working in the esoteric, spiritual, and healing arts. It’s my honor to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn!) with you.

What 12/12 Means Spiritually: Numerology, Rituals, and Midwinter Alignment
December 12 serves as a profound reflection point, bridging completion and renewal within the year’s cycle. This day, rich with symbolic significance, invites us to pause, align our intentions, and embrace inner clarity before the solstice. It is a moment of spiritual recalibration, urging us to cultivate harmony and readiness for rebirth.
The Fairy Tale Season: Why So Many Magical Stories Begin in Winter
Winter is a magical threshold, a time when darkness transforms ordinary tales into enchanting journeys. As stories emerge from the cold silence, they reveal our inner truths and the promise of renewal. Embrace winter’s lore, where fairy tales guide us through shadowed paths, igniting the imagination and illuminating our hearts.
Old Father Christmas: The Green-Robed Winter Spirit Who Existed Before Santa
Old Father Christmas, the green-robed spirit of winter, embodies feasting, community, and joy amidst the cold. Distinct from Santa Claus and St. Nicholas, he promotes warmth and shared abundance, drawing from ancient English folklore. Modern practitioners can reconnect with this festive archetype through communal rituals and seasonal traditions, celebrating winter’s vitality.
